Platinum Landscaping

Here it is on a Saturday and my sprinkler system is constantly stuck on bank#3. I tried everything to get it to shut down. I called the lawn gentleman that I normally use but he wasn't in town. I needed to try and find someone to come and shut my system off at the main valve that is connected to our well. If I can't shut it off until Monday when everyone is back working my well pump most likely will burn up from running constantly. I looked on line for a list of Sprinkler Lawn Company's. I tried the first 4 on the list. No Answers or leave a message and will try and get back to you. It was 3 in the afternoon my Sprinkle was still stuck on bank#3 when I called PLATINUM LANDSCAPING. I actually got a Great Gentleman by the name of Mr. Degun Hanks(the owner) who answered my call. I explained to him that I just needed someone to come over and shut my water off from the main line as I was afraid if I didn't get it shut off my well might burn up by Monday. Mr. Hanks showed up in less than 10 minutes, as I live out in the country. He turned off my water and then proceeded to take apart the water line system. Long story but Mr. Degun Hanks fixed my bank#3, and made sure everything was working. He understood my situation I was in and he said it wasn't that big of a deal. Just spread the word. If you want an honest Gentlemen who takes time on a Saturday afternoon to answer his phone, come out and fix your Sprinkler System then THAT’S a COMPANY YOU SHOULD USE!!! We did a complete landscape job in the front of our house. We worked with Deegan through the whole process. He was really good at explaining everything and the process. When they set our rock wall I requested a change after they spent many hours working on it and they jumped right on it and made it the exact way I wanted it. I really appreciate that we could be transparent with each other through the whole process. We even did a rock water feature and I thought the plumbing should have been done a certain way to make it easier to winterize and Deegan was so humble and had a desire to keep improving that he came out and changed it without an additional charge. I would highly recommend Platinum Landscape to those looking for a landscaping company.

Great experience using Platinum Landscaping. I had a dirt lot that they turned into a yard that we can now enjoy this summer. The curbing and plants look wonderful as well.

We had Platinum landscape finish a couple flower bed projects in our yard, in the spring they cleaned out, added more bark in all our beds. Their work made maintaining our beds for the summer so much easier. They were amazing. I appreciated how quickly they worked. They were reliable, dependent and honest. They completed the job in the time they said they would at the cost they said it would be. We would definitely recommend them!

Had them haul off some gravel and bring in some top soil and hydroseed a piece for me and it was awesome! Went from crappy gravel to awesome grass for my son to play in! Definitely using for future projects!

as a general contractor we were in a bind from another landscaper and Platnuim landscape came in and knocked out of the ball park.

Platinum Landscaping is a capable group of people I contracted with them to do some work for a neighbor of mine as a consulting engineer. They have dug footings for buildings leveled land right in Phil and landscape around the house built patios put in sprinkler systems and anything else that we would ask them to do that had to do with dirt they loved to dig in it. I fully intend to use them again in any new projects that we have and upcoming projects they’re aware of you couldn’t lose anything by contacting them

They really are an amazing service. I was in desperate need of a repair, and was told they could be out 2-3 weeks. Less then a week later they manage to fit me in their busy schedule, and got what I needed done. Very reasonably priced, and great all around experience. Will be using them from here on out.

Needed some top soil and graded on my yard. Quick response. Got here in 2 days. Quick and efficient work. Very clean job. Looks 10x better. Reasonably priced.

I called Platinum on a Friday afternoon with a pressing issue. We thought it was the main water shutoff valve, which could have been a bad situation. They understood the urgency and sent someone Saturday morning to remedy the problem. The repairmen were great and figured the problem out quickly. It wasn’t as serious as we thought. This is a great company. I’ll definitely know who to call next time!

We had Deegan come to our home and bid removing our garden area and swingset area. He gave us and bid and time frame to complete. We called and scheduled the work. They showed up on time, reviewed the work and within 8 hours, was done. They cleaned up after themselves, there work was well coordinated, and the workers were a team. We would recommend Platnum Landscape to anyone. Thanks Deegan, will have you back in the spring to hydroseed the area.

We had Platinum Landscaping help us with our new property that needed grading and excavation done to get it prepared for our other projects. Deegan and crew were busy with other bigger projects but made time for us to get our land ready. It was done well, to our approval and they were very pleasant to work with and flexible to some small scope changes!
